When will I need to make full payment for my trip?
Full payment for Bhutan tours, including tour package cost and visa fee, must be completed before your arrival in Bhutan. Payment is overseen by the Department of Tourism, with funds deposited directly to our account at Bhutan National Bank. Your Bhutan visa approval is guaranteed upon full advance payment of the Sustainable Development Fee (SDF).
Which methods of payment do you offer?
You can either do wire transfer or online payment.
- Wire Transfer: This option is for traditional bank transfers and takes 3-4 working days for the payment to reach Bhutan.
- Online Payment (Stripe Payments by BNB): Pay online via credit card with a 5% transaction fee on the total cost.
